Illuminating Eye Balm is a tinted brightening under eye formula which helps to awaken
dull, tired eyes and minimise the appearance of puffiness and dark circles. Natural
mineral pigments and illuminating particles disperse onto the eye contours to brighten
the under-eye area.
 
USAGE
After cleansing in the morning, apply a rice sized amount of Illuminating Eye Balm
around each eye, avoiding eyelids.
Retail & Professional: approximately 140 applications per 15ml.
Shelf life: 30 months.
Once opened, use within 12 months.
